All of our floral arrangements are handcrafted to order using high-quality artificial (silk) flowers.

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days

  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time. Exact timing will be confirmed after purchase.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Within the United States

  • International shipping may be available upon request (please contact us before placing an order).


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the order size and destination.

Estimated delivery time:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are:

  • Calculated at checkout or

  • Included in the product price (if applicable)

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the packaging and the item
